Martin and Mary Frances Donohoe, together with the Goresbridge Horse Sales team, are pleased to welcome you to this inaugural running of the October Select Sale of Showjumpers and Event Horses.
Confined to three-year-olds, we are proud to present this exciting catalogue of around forty pre-selected horses, all of which have beencarefully chosen with top competition in mind. In this regard, we are delighted to introduce Ian Fearon as a selector. Ian is a former showjumping coach to the Irish senior event team, and was a valuable part of their silver medal winning success in Tryon at the World Equestrian Games in 2018. He also coached the junior and young rider national show jumping squads and competed himself to grand prix level. A highly rated and shrewd judge of a jumper, he has brought his immense experience to the table, where he is joined by Go For Gold selector and young horse judge Sally Parkyn. Sally has bought and sold numerous top ranked event horses during her career, among which are the five-star specialist Arctic Soul, the Olympians Tankers Town and Lorgaine, and more recently the Australian squad horse Willunga. As always, we extend a warm welcome to patrons old and new, and whether you attend in person or online, you will be assured of a professional service at all times.
